New hope for hard-to-treat cancers with missing MTAP gene

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called CS08399 in people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have a missing MTAP gene. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the drug works in the body. About 186 adults will take part, and the study will also check if the drug shrinks tumors or slows the disease.
