Summary
This study tests a freezing technique called cryotherapy to destroy small kidney tumors (up to 5 cm) in 120 adults. The goal is to see if the procedure can completely freeze the tumor with a safe margin and prevent it from coming back. Participants are followed for 5 years to check for side effects and recurrence.
