Summary
This study compares two procedures—cryoablation (freezing) and radiofrequency ablation (heating)—to block pain signals from nerves in the lower back. 150 adults with chronic low back pain for at least 6 months will be treated and followed for 3 years. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief and improves daily function.
