Summary
This study is tracking how well freezing nerves during amputation surgery works to prevent pain after the operation and phantom limb pain. Researchers will watch 2000 adults who are having a limb removed to see if the procedure is safe and helpful. The goal is to find a better way to manage pain after amputation.
