Summary
This study tested two advanced insulin pumps (Medtronic 780G and Tandem t:slim X2) in 20 teenagers with type 1 diabetes. The goal was to see how well each system manages blood sugar after unannounced meals with different amounts of carbs. Results will help improve diabetes care and guide future fully automated systems.
