NCT ID NCT03750981

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a high-intensity CrossFit program can help cancer survivors improve their physical function, body composition, and quality of life more than standard exercise guidelines. Researchers will enroll 500 adult cancer survivors who have medical clearance to exercise. Participants will follow a 13-week training program, and their progress will be measured through strength, flexibility, and fitness tests, as well as surveys about their well-being.
