New hope for tough blood cancers? early trial of CBX-250 begins

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, CBX-250, in people with certain types of blood cancers (myeloid leukemias) that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well people tolerate the drug. About 72 participants aged 12 and older will receive CBX-250 as a shot under the skin in 28-day cycles.
