Summary
This study compares two surgical methods (cross K-wire vs lateral K-wire) for fixing a severe elbow fracture (Gartland Type 3) in children aged 2-13. The goal is to see which method better prevents the bone from shifting after surgery. 90 children with a recent fracture will be enrolled and followed to check for loss of reduction.
