Summary
This study tests if a nutritional supplement called Cronilief can reduce nerve pain in people with type 2 diabetes. About 70 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks, alongside their usual diabetes care. The goal is to see if it improves pain and sleep quality.
