Summary

This study is testing whether regular injections of an experimental drug called Afimkibart can help control symptoms in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's disease. The research involves 21 participants who haven't responded well to standard treatments. Researchers will monitor safety and check if the injections reduce bowel inflammation and improve symptoms like diarrhea and abdominal pain.
