Summary

This study tests a new drug called CRN09682 in people with advanced neuroendocrine tumors and other solid tumors that have spread. The drug works by targeting a specific protein on cancer cells to deliver a toxic payload. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink or slow tumor growth. About 150 participants will be enrolled.
