Summary
This program provides crizanlizumab (SEG101) to people with sickle cell disease who have no other treatment options and cannot join a clinical trial. It is for patients with serious or life-threatening conditions where the potential benefit outweighs the risks. The goal is to offer access when no comparable therapy is available.
