Can special movement training boost cricket performance?

NCT ID NCT07440719

Summary

This study compared two movement training approaches to see which helps cricket players perform better. Forty-two male cricket players tried either Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization exercises or the Feldenkrais Method. Researchers measured their agility, balance, and endurance to see if one method improved these skills more than the other.
