NCT ID NCT06251908

First seen Jan 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a 15-session creative writing program called REWRITALIZE for people with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression. About 300 adults will either join the writing groups plus their usual care, or stay on a waiting list with usual care. The goal is to see if writing and sharing stories helps with personal recovery and well-being.
