Summary
This study explored whether creative drama workshops could help nursing students become more aware of technology addiction. Researchers worked with 110 students in Turkey, using acting and improvisation exercises to encourage reflection on digital habits. The goal was to see if this interactive method could promote more balanced and conscious use of technology.
