Summary

This trial tests whether a daily creatine powder supplement can support lean muscle development, muscular endurance, digestive comfort, hormone-related wellness, and hair, nail, and skin health. Thirty-five active women aged 21-45 will take one scoop of the powder with their first meal each day for eight weeks. Participants will report changes through questionnaires at the start, at week four, and at week eight. The study aims to see if this simple daily addition can improve multiple aspects of everyday wellness.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
A daily powder supplement containing creatine, taken once daily for eight weeks.
What this could lead to
If successful, this supplement could offer a simple daily option to support muscle, digestion, skin, and hormonal balance in active women.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with no placebo group, and outcomes are based on self-reported questionnaires, so results may be subjective and not generalizable.
