Summary

This study tests a combination of two chemotherapy drugs (CPX-351) plus a targeted drug (quizartinib) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo helps control the cancer. About 52 adults aged 18 or older (60+ for new patients) are being enrolled at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
