First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at how the height of a hospital bed affects the quality of chest compressions during CPR on children. Twenty-five pediatric doctors will perform CPR on a manikin at four different bed heights to see which setting leads to the best compressions and least fatigue. The goal is to find the most ergonomic bed height to improve survival chances in real pediatric cardiac arrests.
