NCT ID NCT04667663

First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of four drugs (cyclophosphamide, pomalidomide, dexamethasone, and daratumumab) in 16 people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose of the drug pomalidomide when used with the other three. Participants take the drugs in 28-day cycles until the disease worsens or side effects become too severe. This is not a cure, but aims to control the cancer for as long as possible.
