Summary
This study followed 360 adults and children with chronic respiratory and medical conditions to see how their immune systems responded to COVID-19 vaccines over 18 months. Researchers measured antibody, T cell, and B cell levels before vaccination and every 3 months after. The goal was to understand how long protection lasts in people with ongoing health issues.
