Nasal spray tested to fight COVID-19 symptoms

NCT ID NCT05541510

Summary

This study tested whether a nasal spray called AD17002 could help people with mild to moderate COVID-19 feel better faster. About 180 adults who recently tested positive for COVID-19 received either the spray at different doses or a placebo spray, along with standard care. Researchers compared how quickly symptoms improved and whether the spray helped clear the virus.
