Summary
This study looked at how the COVID-19 pandemic and related changes, like social distancing, affected people's mental health. Over 3,600 English-speaking adults completed online surveys every two weeks for up to six months. The goal was to learn how pandemic-related stress influenced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues over time.
