Summary
This study aims to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic affects the mental health and stress levels of employees at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Researchers will survey up to 20,000 staff members with online questionnaires to measure their stress and identify which job roles or personal factors are most impacted. The goal is to use this information to better support the mental well-being of healthcare workers.
