Summary

This early-stage study tests a brief couples therapy for 80 Veterans with PTSD and alcohol use disorder. Veterans receive individual treatment while attending 3-4 sessions with their romantic partner. The goal is to see if involving loved ones improves treatment satisfaction and reduces symptoms.
