Summary
This study looks at whether a special training program for supervisors, called COSTARS, helps keep caseworkers and peer mentors in their jobs longer and improves services for families. About 200 supervisors, caseworkers, and family peer mentors in Ohio's START program will take part. The goal is to see if better supervision leads to faster help for families and stronger program results.
