Summary
This study looks at whether starting treatment early or waiting is more cost-effective for people with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have no symptoms. Researchers will track medical costs and quality of life for up to 10 years in about 247 Canadian patients. The goal is to help doctors and patients make informed decisions about treatment timing.
