Summary

This study tested a new drug called exicorilant (CORT125281) combined with enzalutamide in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (a type that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy). The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combo could help control the disease. The trial involved 39 men and was ended early, but the results help guide future research.
