Simple exercises may shield young volleyball players from knee injuries
NCT ID NCT07578701
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week program of corrective exercises could improve knee alignment and jumping mechanics in 23 female volleyball players aged 14-17. Half did the exercises, half kept their normal training. The goal was to see if these exercises could lower the risk of knee injuries.
