Summary

This study compares a robotic system called CORI to traditional manual tools for total knee replacement surgery. About 140 participants will be randomly assigned to receive surgery with either the robot or standard instruments. The goal is to see if the robot helps achieve more accurate leg alignment after surgery, which may improve long-term function and comfort.
