Summary
This study looks at whether core exercises or functional strength exercises are better at preventing low back and neck pain in healthy women. Researchers will compare two exercise programs in 45 women who do not currently exercise regularly. The goal is to find out which approach helps women stay pain-free and improve their daily movement quality.
