First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week core stabilization program can improve knee stability and prevent injuries in physically active women aged 18 to 35. Participants will do exercises like planks and hamstring work, and their strength and balance will be measured before and after using motion-capture technology. The goal is to see if stronger core muscles lead to better knee control and fewer injuries.
