New study tests exercise straps vs. biofeedback for back pain relief

Summary

This study aimed to see which of two exercise methods works better for easing chronic low back pain. Researchers compared suspension training (using hanging straps) to pressure biofeedback training (using a device to guide muscle control) in 48 young adults. The goal was to reduce pain, improve back movement, and strengthen core muscles.
