Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week core stabilization exercise program improves balance and trunk endurance in people who had ACL reconstruction surgery. It included 15 people with ACL surgery and 15 healthy individuals, all doing the same exercises twice a week. The goal was to see how the two groups compare in their response to the program.
