Summary
This study tested whether adding core-based massage and exercise to standard care can improve bladder symptoms in children aged 7 to 15 with lower urinary tract dysfunction. 42 children participated, receiving either standard therapy or standard therapy plus massage and exercise. The goal was to see if this holistic approach reduces symptoms like frequent urination or incontinence.
