First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called COR-1004, given as a single shot, to see if it is safe for people with high LDL (bad) cholesterol. About 60 healthy volunteers with LDL over 100 mg/dL who are not on cholesterol meds will be randomly assigned to get the drug or a placebo. Researchers will monitor side effects and how the body processes the drug over 12 months to find the right dose for future studies.
