Summary
This study compares two different coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) products to see which one is absorbed better into the blood. About 24 healthy adults will take each product once, and their blood levels will be measured over 24 hours. The goal is to find out if a new formulation leads to higher CoQ10 levels than the standard version.
