Summary
This study looks at how three different forms of Coenzyme Q10 (a common supplement) are absorbed into the blood of healthy adults. Twenty participants will take each formulation and have their blood levels measured over 71 days. The goal is simply to see which version gets into the bloodstream best — there is no treatment or cure involved.
