NCT ID NCT05183165

First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at copper levels in breast milk from women with Wilson's disease who are on treatment. Wilson's disease causes copper buildup, and medicines can lower copper, which might affect breast milk. Researchers will measure copper in milk from 20 new mothers to see if breastfeeding is safe for their babies.
