Summary
This study tested a program that combines coping skills training with exercise for people who have had a lung transplant. 180 adults were split into two groups: one received the coping and exercise program, the other got standard care and education. The goal was to see if the program could reduce emotional distress and improve how far patients could walk in six minutes.
