First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a simple blood test that tracks tumor DNA (ctDNA) to regular scans can help doctors choose better treatments and improve survival. About 332 adults with advanced colorectal or non-small cell lung cancer will be randomly assigned to either standard care or standard care plus regular ctDNA monitoring. The goal is to see if the blood test leads to longer life and more targeted therapy options.
