Summary
This study is testing whether a new tablet called RSS0343 can help control Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It will involve about 237 adults with COPD who have experienced recent flare-ups. The main goal is to see if the pill, taken for 48 weeks, can reduce the frequency of these serious breathing episodes compared to a placebo.
