NCT ID NCT07311499
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether teaching COPD patients how to use their inhalers properly, through video calls with a nurse, can improve their sleep quality. About 60 adults who already use inhaled medications will join two video interviews and keep a diary of symptoms and sleep. The goal is to see if better inhaler technique leads to fewer nighttime breathing problems and more restful sleep.
