Summary
This study tested a 6-week self-management program for people with COPD, which included education and coping strategies for activity. 42 adults aged 40-65 took part, with one group receiving the program and the other receiving routine physical therapy. The goal was to see if the program improved quality of life, exercise ability, and reduced anxiety and depression.
