NCT ID NCT07277855

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a low-cost, equipment-free exercise program called Floor-Lift Series (FLS) for people with COPD who have trouble getting up from the floor. Over 9 weeks, 16 participants will do daily floor-to-stand movements at home and with supervision, with a follow-up at 18 months. The goal is to see if this simple program helps with breathing, mobility, and daily function, and if people stick with it long-term.
