Experimental combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety and best dose of a drug called copanlisib combined with immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab, with or without ipilimumab) in adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a dose that limits side effects while potentially helping the immune system fight cancer. About 64 participants will be enrolled.
