First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, copanlisib and nivolumab, in 48 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments, focusing on a type of colorectal cancer called MSS. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink tumors. The study found that while some patients had stable disease, the overall response rate was limited, meaning this approach may help control but not cure the cancer.
