First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested a special cooling pillow pad called Moona to see if it could improve sleep quality in African American adults who are overweight or have obesity. 18 people took part, and researchers measured changes in how fast they fell asleep, how long they slept, and other sleep and health markers over 22 days. The goal was to find a simple, non-drug way to help people sleep better.
