Summary
This study tests if a cooling mat, a non-drug option, can reduce hot flashes and night sweats in people receiving hormone therapy for breast or prostate cancer. About 40 participants will use the mat for 8 weeks and track their symptoms. The goal is to see if this simple approach improves comfort without medication.
