Summary
This study tested a training program based on the Transtheoretical Model to improve contraceptive knowledge, attitudes, and behavior among 68 international nursing students. Participants were split into two groups: one received the special training, the other did not. Researchers measured changes in contraceptive behavior and attitudes one week after training to see if the program helped reduce risky sexual behavior.
