Summary

This study allows patients with advanced solid tumors who are already benefiting from the cancer drug ribociclib in a previous Novartis trial to continue receiving it. The purpose is to provide continued access to the treatment after the original study ends, either as a single drug or in combination with other experimental treatments. It tracks how long patients stay on the treatment and monitors for any side effects.
